1/2 c. sour cream, 2 T. dry sherry, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 2 c. cooked cubed white meat chicken, 1 tart apple cubed, 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds, lettuce.

Option: Grapes can be added for extra color and texture.

Combine sour cream, sherry, salt, and dry mustard. Add chicken and almonds; mix gently but thoroughly. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
