1 1/2 pounds Plum Tomatoes, halved, seeded, chopped.
1/3c. chopped FRESH Basil leaves.
1tbsp. Chopped Garlic.
1tbsp. Chopped FRESH oregano leaves.
1tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar.
1tbsp. Olive Oil.
1tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice.
Crusty Baguette Bread, sliced, toasted.
Freshly Graded Parmesan Cheese-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 7 ingredients in bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper (Tomato mixture can be prepared 2 hours ahead. let stand at room temperature). Spoon tomato mixture atop toasted bread and serve.
