4 Slices Bacon; Finely Chopped.
1/2c. Onion; Finely Chopped.
2tsp. Garlic; Chopped.
2tbsp. Flour
1tsp. White Pepper.
1c. Milk
1c. Half-and-Half
2 10oz. Pkgs. Frozen Chopped Spinach, defrosted and drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the Bacon in a heavy-bottom saucepan until golden brown. Add onion and cook until tender. Add garlic and reduce heat. Add flour, salt, pepper. Blend thoroughly and cook for a few minutes to eliminate the uncooked flour taste. Add milk and half-and-half. Fold in spinach and mix thoroughly. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
