Whole Mushrooms or sliced in half
1/2 c. Madeira Wine or Whiskey
Knorr Classic seasoning or your favorite seasonings
Peppercorn and Bay leaf
1 tbsp. Butter
Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet with heat low add mushrooms, the liquor, the seasonings, and butter. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. You can add sliced yellow onion if desired. Occasionally, adding more fluids if you are not passed out from sipping the whiskey.
