1 dozen eggs
1 c. milk
Worchestershire sauce to taste
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage, browned
1 small onion, grated
salt and pepper to taste
tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage and onions. Grease 9x13 pan and cover bottom with english muffins. Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over muffins. Layer on the cheeses. Sprinkle sausage, onions, and tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
