3 chicken breasts, boned (you can also use frozen boneless chicken breasts)
2 cups fresh chopped broccoli, cooked but firm
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons fine bread crumbs, or more

SAUCE: Mix together the following-
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I like Best Foods)
3 Tablespoons white wine
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (more if you like to taste the curry)

Directions:

Bake the chicken approximately one hour or until done. Remove skin and bone. Line buttered dish (5x10) with broccoli, top with chicken, then mushrooms. Cover with sauce, sprinkle with cheese, then bread crumbs.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
