4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cups milk
4 oz. Swiss cheese
10 oz. broccoli chopped
Phyllo dough
Butter
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add salt and cayenne, then milk. Add Swiss cheese and broccoli. Cook until cheese melts. Layer phyllo, then brush on melted butter, then bread crumbs. Repeat. Spoon on broccoli-cheese mixture, flatten, and roll up. Lay on cookie sheet seam side down.
Bake 375 30 minutes. Baste with butter at least twice while baking
