4 cups of cubed cooked chicken
5 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of pimientos (optional)
1 tsp of diced onion
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
can of french fried onion or chowmein noodles (your preference)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and either onions or chowmein noodles. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes until lightly brown and the cheese is bubbly.

This recipe was brought to a potluck at church and was found in the "Taste of Home" magazine. The woman who prepared the dish was eager to share the recipe with me and now I'm sharing with you.
