3-4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. Marsala wine
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken individually between two pieces of seran wrap to 1/2 inch thickness. Salt and pepper. Add olive oil to heated skillet. Add chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes. Set chicken aside and keep warm. Add mushrooms and white wine to skillet and cook until most of the moisture has evaporated. Mix marsala wine and cornstarch well. Add to mushrooms. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce is desired consistency. Add chicken and serve.
