1 small can of premium boneless, skinless salmon.
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup parsley chopped
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into patties or cone shape, roll in bread crumbs and fry for a few minutes on each side. Drain on paper towel and serve.
