1 stick of butter - melted
3 pkgs of chopped broccoli
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 lb of Velveeta cheese - cubed
2 cups of Ritz Crackers - crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli - drain well add soup and cheese. Pour into casserole dish and top with crackers. Pour melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 350 approximately 30 min.
