1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins
1 jar of favorite marinara sauce
10 slices of smoked mozzerela cheese
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Salt and pepper chicken- add olive oil to heated skillet. Add chicken. Cook 7-8 minutes. Heat sauce in sauce pan and add garlic, salt, and pepper. Put chicken in casserole dish and pour sauce over. Place 10 slices of smoked mozzerela cheese over sauce and chicken. Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is brown.
