1 pkg. Jimmy Dean frozen hot sausage
1 pkg. stuffing mushrooms (the large ones)
dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion or scallions
2 tbsp. minced mushrooms
Burgundy wine
olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Brush each mushroom with olive oil inside and out. Place in a 9 by 13 baking dish.
Brown sausage, add onion and minced mushrooms. Stir fry until sausage is cooked. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs until mixture is dry. Add enough Burgundy wine to make the mixture moist again. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350 oven until browned, about 25 minutes.
