8 oz. of Manicotti, 1 3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese, 2 cups shredded Motz. Cheese, 1/4 cup Parm. Cheese, 1 lb. gr. beef, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 small onion, 1 jar of Ragu Spag. Sauce, 2 T. Parsley, 1/2 teasp salt, 1/4 teasp. pepper.

Brown gr. beef, onion, and garlic till done. Drain grease from meat. Cook your manicotti according to pkg. directions. Drain. Add jar of spagetti sauce to meat and mix. Pour half the sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan. In bowl combine your cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper. Stuff your manicotti with the cheese mixture. Lay on top of the sauce in pan. Pour rest of sauce over manicotti. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
