3 c. flour
1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, plus some to dust pans
4 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 350; grease 2 9x5 loaf pans and dust with cocoa powder. In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients. In a large bowl whisk sugar, oil, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Bake 50 - 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Dust the loaves with powdered sugar for a nice presentation.
