2 c. Bisquick
1 lemon used for zest
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. pecans
1 c. or more of blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
milk, start with 1/2 c. and add to good consistency

Mix all ingredients together, pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
