Preheat over to 425o

Bake for 1/2 hour

Turn oven off after 1/2 hour and leave in oven for another 1/2 hour. DO NOT OPEN OVEN!

Dressing:
1 Cup Ketchup
2 Tsp. Mustard
1/2 Tsp. Worchershre Sauce
1 Cup Water or Red Wine
1/2 Envelope Italian Dressing

Directions:
This can be done with or without the marinate. The meat comes out a perfect shade of pink. Let stand for a few minutes before slicing.
