3/4 c. Crisco shortening
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 -1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 -3/4 c. rolled oats
1 c. dried cranberries (Craisins)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Spray baking sheets with non-stick spray; set aside. Combine shortening and sugars; mix until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Add oats, dried cranberries and walnuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until firm and brown.
