1 lb. Italian sausage or hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
2 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tbsp. crushed basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta
1/2 c.Romano Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 ( 10 oz.) lasagna noodles
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. shredded mozzerella cheese

Brown hamburger and drain. Add tomatoes, paste and spices and simmer. Add eggs and cheese and spices. Layer with noodles and sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. or until bubbly.
