2 lb ground beef
2 -15 oz cans sliced potatoes
1 - 15 oz can peas
2- 14 oz cans mild enchilada sauce
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
10 large tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain. Add peas and potatoes and half can of sauce. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon mixture into shell; roll and place on greased 12 x 17 pan. Pour remaining sauce over the top; cover with cheese. Bake 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
