Fresh cherry tomaoes , solid white tuna packed in water, onion, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare tuna first by draining the water well. Add minced onion and celery, a squeese of fresh lemon and S & P to taste. Add only enough mayo to bind. Wash tomatoes and slice on the stem end just a sliver to insure they do not roll away. On the blossom end cut a slit 2/3 way threw and gently squeeze out some of the pulp. Stuff with tuna mix.

These can be prepared a day ahead. Store them on paper towel in a closed container. Transfer to a serving dish.
