2 egg whites
2/3 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla

1 1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white to stiff peaks and add gradually add sugar, salt and vanilla. Add nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 375º and TURN IT OFF!
Place in cookie sheet and leave in overnight.
