4 qts thinly sliced cucumbers
6 onions the size of an egg
3 red peppers
3 green peppers

2 t dry mustard
4 t salt
1 t turmeric
3 c vinegar
3 c sugar
Alum (size of a walnut)

Simmer Hot for 30 min. Do not boil
