"3 1/2 qt casserole"

1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk
1 tablespoon light corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt. Stir in milk and corn syrup. cover and cook for 5 minutes on high. Mix and cook uncovered 10 to 14 minutes to soft ball on candy thermometer.
Cool to 120 on edge( after 10 minutes may be placed in cool water)
Add vanilla and nuts. Beat until looses its shine. Pour into buttered dish. Cool.
