1 stick melted butter
Peppridg Farm Stuffing
4 boiled chicken breasts deboned and cut in chunks
--- salt and pepper to taste ---
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in casserole dish. Sprinkle Stuffing mix on bottom, layer dry chicken over crumbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
In separate bowl mix the sour cream, soup and broth, Pour over the mixture in dish.
Sprinkle extra stuffing over mix and then sprinkle some melted butter over mixture.
cook at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown on top.

this dish was brought to us after Randy's mom died, by my boss, it was delicious and very good for that type of a meal.
