3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cups water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumber and onions in bowl cover with water and 1 1/2 tsp salt. Chill for an hour. Drain off salt water and rinse. Make sure to drain well before adding sour cream. Blend sour cream, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Fold into cucumber and onions.
