8 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 large cucumbers,peeled,seeded and diced
1 diced green pepper
1 cup cold water
1/4 cup olive oil
3 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 smalls crushed garlic cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs



Directions:

Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs. Stir well; cover and chill 8 hours. Ladle into serving bowl; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
