1/3 cup olive oil
3 TBSP lemon juice
2 cloves pressed garlic
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 mediums tomatoes cut in wedges
1 sm cucumber, sliced
1 sm zucchini, peeled, halved, and cut in thin strips
1/2 small purple onion sliced and separated into rings
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts quartered and drained
14 ripe calamata olives halved
1 4-ounce package feta cheese, crumbled
1 head lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add tomato and next 5 ingredients, tossing well. Chill at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with feta cheese, and serve on lettuce leaves.
