2 cold, cooked chicken breasts
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
2 stalks finely chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 tomatoes, cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all meat from breasts, chop in 1/4 pieces
add celery, sliced egg.
Mix all together in bowl with mayonnaise. Season to taste. Stir vigorously.
Serve with tomato wedges on lettuce.
