Boil 1 gallon raw potatoes. When cooked, mash or rice
Add 1/4 pound butter
1/3 cup cream (cool overnight)

Directions:
Directions:
Next day for every 3 cups of this mixture add 1 cup flour. Then take small
amounts and roll very thin. Grill on a dry grill until golden brown on both
sides. Wrap in dish towel until finished baking all the lefsa; then fold in
half then in thirds and package in plastic bags.
