2 lbs zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
1 8 ounce package stove top, chicken, stuffing
1.2 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and zucchini slightly. Combine sour cream, crrots and soup. Add buttermilk to stuffing and a little water to moisten. Layer casserole as follows: Bottom: stuffing (a good time to add seasoning if desired). Drain zucchini and onion well, put on top of stuffing. Add sour cream,soup mixture on top.
