1 6oz.pkg.long grain wild rice mix
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
3 T. margarine
2 T. soy sauce
1 3 oz.can (drained( mushrooms OR 2/3 cup sauted sliced mushrooms
1 5 oz.can sliced water chestnuts,(drained)
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to label directions. Saute onions and celery in margarine, add rice mixture. Bake at 350degees for 20 minutes or until hot.
Can be used as main dish, add you choice of sauted shrimp,cooked chicken or turkey.
