2 T. dried tarragon
2 T. dried lemon thyme
2 T. dried parsley
2 T. dried chervil
2 T. dried chives

Mix all ingredients together and pack into a jar. Store in a cool, dry, dark place.

A delicious blend to sprinkle over grilled or poached fish. This also makes a nice hostess gift when packed in a decorative container.
