1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg ranch style dressing mix
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
2-14.5 oz cans tomatoes w/green chilies
2-15 oz pinto beans drained & rinsed
1-15 oz can black beans drained & rinsed
1-15 oz cream styled corn
shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onions in soup pot. Drain. Add dressing mix, taco seasoning mix, water, tomatoes with green chilies, pinto beans, black beans and corn. Simmer for 20 minutes. For less hot version sub 1 large can of tomatoes for 1 tomatoes with green chilies. Garnish with cheese and sour cream. Use tortilla chips for crackers.
