1 3-4 lb. pork loin roast
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix package of Lipton soup mix with 1 cup water and pour over roast in crock pot. Season with salt & pepper. Cook on low setting all day. Slice and serve.

If you prefer, place roast in dutch oven and bake at 325 degree oven for 3 hours.
