2 lbs tomatoes, peeled
1 bunch green onions, chopped (including green)
½ c cilantro, chopped
4 jalapeño peppers, de-veined
1 clove garlic, diced
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers in a blender. Blend to a chunky consistency. Remove from blender, add chopped cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour so flavors can blend.
