1 lb stick butter, softened
6 large eggs
3 cups sugar
31/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tsp water
1 Tbsp butter-nut flavoring
1 Tbsp vanilla (or use 2 Tbsp butter-nut flavoring and no vanilla)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, adding the flavoring last

Pour into a floured - greased bunt pan

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours

DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN WHILE BAKING
