3-4 medium potatoes
2 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
cube potatoes and boil until almost tender, drain water and add enough milk to cover potatoes, add butter, salt and pepper; mix flour in cup with milk and add to mixture, cook on low for 10-15 minutes
