1 pkg (250g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. icing sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add icing sugar, juice and peel, beating until well blended after each addition.

Great icing for carrot cake.
