1 bar (100g) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate
1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Break chocolate bar into small pieces; place in small saucepan.
Stir in milk. Cook on medium heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Serve warm with assorted fresh fruit, such as grapes, cut-up apples and pears; cookies; pound cake cubes or pretzels.
