8 large mushrooms
1 cup lump crab meat
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 cup creole seasoning
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg slightly beaten
bread crumbs
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. In a bowl mix crab meat with bread crumbs, onions. Add creole seasoning and parsley. Add egg and mix well. Fill mushroom caps with mixture and sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Place in 350 degree oven until light brown.
