1 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 stick butter
1/3 to 1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
2-3 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. half and half
Sprinkle of basil
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, melt butter and add olive oil, garlic, basil, half & half, green onions, and cream cheese -- stir until smooth and creamy.

Pour mixture into 9 x 13 dish. Top with fresh shrimp. Bake 8-10 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Do not over cook. Serve over pasta and sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
