2 cans creamed corn
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 pkg saltine crackers, smashed
1 egg
1 tsp pepper
cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 30-40 minutes. Spread cheese on top and return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
