1 tube (18oz) refrigerated cookie dough
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cookie dough tube in half. For crust, press of the dough in to bottom of greased 8 square baking pan. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. Spread over crust. Crumble remaining dough over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted neat center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.. DOUBLE INGREDIENTS TO USE A 9x13 PAN.
