9+ uncooked lasagna noodles
1 medium onion chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 can chicken or vegetable broth (14 oz)
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped) or 1 tsp dry rosemary
1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz) drained and chopped
1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach thaw and squeeze to drain
1 jar alfredo or roasted garlic parmesan sauce
3 chicken breasts cooked and cut up OPTIONAL
fresh mushrooms
3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella
1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled herb & garlic feta cheese

1)Heat oven to 350 degrees spray 9x13 baking dish
2)Medium high heat add in this order
a.Onion and garlic (3 min until crisp)
b.Broth and rosemary boil
c.Artichoke, spinach and mushroom reduce heat
d.Cover and simmer for 5 minutes
e.Stir in pasta sauce
f.Add chicken
3)Layer mixture, noodles, mozzarella (repeat) last layer use feta then mozzarella
4)Bake covered for 40 minutes and then uncovered for 15 minutes
