Thin sliced boiled ham
Fat-free grated American cheese
Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Press two ham slices into a greased muffin tin
Top with grated cheese
Crack 1 egg on top

Repeat into as many cups as you would like.
Bake at 375 15 minutes or until done.

Personal Notes:
I under cook these just a little, cool and remove from the muffin tin. Then I place carefully into a large baggie and refrigerate. When I want one or two, I put in the microwave and cook for 30-40 seconds. A very good & quick breakfast.
