1 c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
graham cracker crumbs
1 c. bananas (generous), sprinkled w/ lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple (generous)
heavy cream - whipped w/ vanilla & sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spread a 1/4 " layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9X13 pan. Cream the butter, sugar and until fluffy egg yolks. Beat the egg whites firmly. Fold into the butter layer. Spread thinly sliced bananas over the butter layer. Follow with pineapple, then the whipped cream. Sprinkle graham crackers on top for decoration. Refrigerate overnight.

**Please use pasteurized eggs! Lemon juice helps keep the bananas from turning brown.
