2 tbsp butter
2 golden delicious apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pancake mix
1 tsp of low fat milk and oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp suger
1/2 cup of shredded chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven for 350F melt butter in 10 inch cast iron skillet.Stir in apples,water,1tbsp suger andcinnamon.Reduce heat.cook until liquid evaporates.10 min. While your apples are cooking.

Prepare pancakes batter as dirercted.Stir in cheese and remaining suger. Spoon pancake batter evenly over apples in skillet.

Bake pancake at 350F until set and springs back with touch.(10 to 12 min.)

Remove and enjoy with your favorite syrup!!
