2 medium Onions, chopped

4 cloves Garlic, minces

4 lbs. Ground Beef

2 cans (28 oz.) Chopped Tomatoes

1 can (15 oz.) Tomato Sauce

6 T. Chili Powder

3 T. Cumin

2 T. Oregano

2 cans (1 lb) Baked Beans, undrained

2 tsp. Salt

2 T. sugar

1 T. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

2 cans (15 oz) Kidney Beans

1 can (15 oz) Pinto Beans

1 can (4 oz) Diced Green Chiles

Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until soft in a large dutch oven. Add beef and cook until brown. Drain fat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, baked beans, salt, sugar and cocoa powder. Simmer, partially covered for 2 hours, stirring often. Stir in kidney beans, pinto beans and diced green chiles. Cook one hour. At this point you can refrigerate a day ahead and/or freeze. Serve with grated cheese, chopped onions and Frito Chips (if desired).
