Remove the seeds after the pumpkin has been halved and cooked for 1-1/2 hours at 350.

Wash seeds in strainer to remove most of the pulp. Then spread them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt.

Cook in oven at 200 for about 3 hours. Store in ziploc bag.
